Campaign OS is operated by Above Digital, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in 2004. “Campaign OS”, “Above Digital”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Above Digital as the operator of Campaign OS.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our marketing website, create or use an account, buy a subscription, contact us, or use the strategy and content features.

3. Information we collect

• Account information, including your name, email, authentication provider and account identifiers.
• Business and strategy information you choose to enter, including business details, audiences, offers, research, campaign decisions, prompts and generated outputs.
• Subscription and transaction records. Payment-card details are handled by our payment provider and aren’t stored directly by Campaign OS.
• Support messages, feedback and other communications.
• Technical information, including IP address, device and browser information, security logs and diagnostic events.
• Marketing and attribution information where you consent, including campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers and registration, checkout and paid-subscription events.

Please don’t enter payment-card details, passwords, highly sensitive personal information or confidential third-party data into strategy fields or prompts.

4. How we use information

• Provide accounts, saved workspaces, subscriptions and features.
• Process payments, entitlements, cancellations and approved refunds.
• Send information you request to supported AI and research providers so the selected feature can work.
• Secure, troubleshoot and improve Campaign OS.
• Provide support and important service communications.
• Understand marketing-site performance and attribute registrations, checkouts and paid subscriptions where you consent.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, users and services.

We don’t sell your strategy content or use it as advertising audience data.

5. Our grounds for processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract, our legitimate interests in security and service administration, your consent for non-essential technologies, compliance with legal obligations, and establishment or defence of legal claims where necessary.

You can withdraw cookie consent at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

6. AI and service providers

Depending on the feature selected, information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, authentication, databases, payments, AI generation, web research, analytics, advertising measurement and security. These may include Supabase, Stripe, Google, Meta, Anthropic, OpenAI, Perplexity and Microsoft.

Only use Campaign OS with information you’re authorised to provide. AI and research outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them.

7. When information is shared

We may share information with service providers, where law or a competent authority requires it, to investigate fraud or security threats, as part of a business reorganisation subject to suitable protections, or with your direction or consent.

8. International transfers

Campaign OS is operated from the UAE and uses providers that may process information in other countries. Where required, we use contractual or other recognised safeguards. Privacy protections and government-access rules may differ between countries.

9. Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal requirements. Retention varies by record type. Limited security, billing and legal records may remain after an account closes.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials secure and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

11. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. Legal limits and identity verification may apply. Send requests to info@abovedigital.com.

12. Children

Campaign OS is intended for business users and isn’t directed to children. Don’t use the service if you cannot legally enter a binding agreement in your location.

13. Changes

We may update this policy when our service, providers or the law changes. We’ll publish the revised date and provide additional notice where required.
